Return policy

If there was an issue with your order, please contact us first; however, we unfortunately do not issue refunds for opened packages.

If the package is unopened, you will receive a 50% refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the package. (excluding shipping costs) 

Damaged items:

All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in mint condition.  Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. The Candy Stash offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package".  You must provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
